任意波形发生器作为测试测量设备的一种重要仪器,在航空航天的测量与控制技术领域中得到了广泛应用。当前市场成熟任意波形发生器产品多为国外产品或者国内厂商基于国外FPGA和DAC研制的产品。为了打破技术垄断,提高国产任意波形发生器的自主技术保障能力,研制基于国产芯片的任意波形发生器愈发重要。随着国产芯片设计技术提升,国产FPGA和DAC的性能显著提高,并得到了广泛应用。PXI总线作为当前仪器领域的主要总线类型之一,可以满足大部分测试仪器的通讯要求。基于国产FPGA和DAC器件,从硬件设计和软件设计两个方面出发,成功研制了一款采样率为100MSa/s的 PXI总线任意波形发生器模块,实现了43MHz信号输出,通过实验测试了模块的功能和性能,完全满足模块指标要求,充分证明了国产芯片在工程设计中的性能特性。 相似文献

Experimental studies were carried out to investigate projectile acceleration in a single-stage gun at breech pressures below
50 MPa. The gun was driven by firing either liquid or solid propellant. In-bore projectile velocity was continuously recorded
using the well-known, precise VISAR interferometer technique so that accurate projectile acceleration data could be deduced.
Both the attained projectile acceleration and muzzle exit velocity depend upon the charge-to-mass ratio and the pressure at
which the blow-out disk ruptures. The results obtained from these experiments render information on the interplay between
propellant combustion and projectile acceleration for low in-bore pressure regimes, and they provide the input data required

This paper presents a comprehensive comparison of the mean velocity and turbulence measurements from a four-hole pressure probe, also known as the Cobra probe, and an X-probe in plane mixing layers. The objective is to validate the measurement accuracy of the Cobra probe in a flow where the turbulence reaches high levels, but whose properties are well known. The comparison is made for the mean velocities, Reynolds stresses, triple products, and spectra, and demonstrates that the Cobra probe has reasonable accuracy for some of these quantities, such as the mean streamwise velocity and primary shear stress, but not for others, such as the mean normal velocity. The correlation of the pressure and the streamwise velocity, measured by the Cobra probe, behaves correctly in the potential flow. However, the correlation of the pressure and the cross-stream velocity, which appears in the transport equation for the turbulent kinetic energy, and the pressure redistribution term in the corresponding equation for the streamwise normal stress, are poorly measured. 相似文献

Capillary gas chromatographic separations were performed with an electronic pressure control system developed to provide precise closed-loop control of inlet pressure through the use of a solid state micro-machined pressure sensor and electronically controlled proportional valve. The closed-loop control of the electronic system provided better precision than the open-loop control achieved by manual pressure regulation. Closed-loop control can perform pressure programming, which can be combined with temperature programming to optimize separations. The spinning of polymeric fibers, the processing of numerous foodstuffs and the peel and tack characteristics of adhesives
are all associated with the formation, stability and, ultimately, the longevity of thin fluid `strands'. This tendency to
form strands is usually described in terms of the tackiness of the fluid or by heuristic concepts such as `stringiness' (Lakrout
et al. J Adhesion 1999). The dynamics of such processes are complicated due to spatially and temporally non-homogeneous growth
of extensional stresses, the action of capillary forces and the evaporation of volatile solvents. We describe the development
and application of a simple instrument referred to as a microfilament rheometer (MFR) that can be used to readily differentiate
between the dynamical response of different pressure-sensitive adhesive fluid formulations. The device relies on a quantitative
observation of the rate of extensional thinning or `necking' of a thin viscous or viscoelastic fluid filament in which the
solvent is free to evaporate across the free surface. This high-resolution measurement of the radial profile provides a direct
indication of the ultimate time to break up of the fluid filament. This critical time is a sensitive function of the rheological
properties of the fluid and the mass transfer characteristics of the solvent, and can be conveniently reported in terms of
a new dimensionless quantity we refer to as a processability parameter P. We demonstrate the usefulness of this technique by presenting our results in the form of a case study in which we measure
the visco-elasto-capillary thinning of slender liquid filaments for a number of different commercial polymer/solvent formulations
and relate this to the reported processing performance of the materials. We also compare the MFR observations with the prediction
of a simple 1D theory derived from the governing equations that model the capillary thinning of an adhesive filament.

A novel diagnostic method to characterize the flow patterns in an 80 mm-i.d. L-valve had been developed by using multi-resolution analysis (MRA) of wavelet transformation on the pressure fluctuation signals which were acquired from the standpipe and the horizontal part of L-valve. Parameters including the aeration rate, aeration positions, riser gas velocity and composition of binary particle mixture (194-μm and 937-μm sand particles) were used to investigate the relationship of performance of L-valve and its pressure fluctuations. By means of MRA, the original pressure fluctuations were divided into multi-scale signals. They were macro-scale, meso-scale and micro-scale successfully described the structures of gas–solid flow in the L-valve, such as the gas bubbles/slugs, dune-ripple flow, suspension particle flow, etc. 相似文献
